  • You’re either sleeping too much or not enough: insomnia and sleeping too much are a few of the symptoms of mental health disorders. If you find yourself overthinking all the time and either not getting enough sleep and facing insomnia or sleeping too much, then it might be a sin that you have a mental disorder. 
  • You’re experiencing extreme fatigue: mental health disorders can even lead the person to believe that they do not have any energy to do anything at all and these people may find themselves feeling extremely fatigued and lazy. If you find yourself experiencing this symptom, understand that it may be because you have a mental disorder. 
  • You feel like your life has no purpose or meaning: this is one of the riskiest and most dangerous symptoms of mental disorder. A person having a mental health disorder might find himself feeling like his life has no purpose or meaning. And because of this feeling of unworthiness and depression, the person may even start thinking about committing suicide or inducing self-harm.
